Here's exactly how your Zerodaddy order gets from our warehouse to your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. For bulk or international orders, email hello@shopzerodaddy.com.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

Delivery

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. COD orders carry a shipping charge shown at checkout, which is non-refundable.

Tracking

A tracking link goes out by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order only while it's unfulfilled and still with us at the warehouse. Once it's dispatched, it can't be cancelled. Reach us on WhatsApp or call +91 83697 41228, or email hello@shopzerodaddy.com.

Lost or stuck orders

Occasionally a courier gets stuck. Please allow 8–10 days for delivery attempts before assuming the worst — we stay on it with the courier throughout.

Marked delivered but not received

If tracking says delivered but the package never reached you, report it within 48 hours of the status update. Investigation takes 7–10 working days.

Order changes

Orders can't be modified once placed. If it hasn't dispatched yet, cancel it and place a new one.
